I just returned from a Dr. Joe Dispenza one day workshop in Portland on becoming your supernatural self. It was awesome. I took 15 pages of notes and will email these to anyone who asks for them.
The theme of the day was conscious creating, using our thoughts and feelings by developing clear intentions and elevated emotions. But there's one work that describes success with this material:
REPETITION
Dr. Joe mentioned that all it takes is to spend 10 minutes three times a day focussed on gratitude to change your brain in significant ways. That sounds easy but I wonder how many of the 700 people in that room will actually do this... and for how long?
New habits are difficult to integrate at first so I've given myself an advantage by recording a 10 minute audio about gratitude - inspiring words combined with great music - and I programmed my smart phone for ring three times a day. When it does, I interrupt whatever I'm doing and listen to the program. I'm doing a gratitude meditation three times a day.
I also recorded my notes and added a brain balancing music track underneath so I can meditate with this instruction every morning for an hour and a half. Dr. Joe meditates for two hours every morning. If he can do it, so can I. And so can you.
Let me know if you want my notes; that's the first step.
